How Does The Billing Work?
All my packages are free to get started as we get to know each other and ensure a great fit before any billing takes place. Once you have decided on the package that is right for you, I will send a Credit Card Authorization Form along with your business owner package contract allows me to run your credit card each month at the agreed upon rate. I want to be flexible so you can pick the day it bills each month if desired. Once set up, it will automatically recur each month with no further action needed.
I ensure your business financials are accurate and up to date each quarter (reports are by month).
Financial Statement Preparation
I can prepare financials (depending upon client's needs) on a weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual basis to show you how your business is growing
Fixed Asset and Depreciation Entries
I will enter any new assets and track the depreciation and have your books reflect these costs

I encourage businesses to create an Accountable Plan which allows employees (that would include you as well. You are an employee of the S Corp as well as the business owner) to turn in expense reports for home office use, mileage, cell phone, internet, meals, and travel. All these expenses have one thing in common- they are mixed-used, both personal and business. Mixed-use expenses should be paid by the employee and later reimbursed. Conversely, anything that is 100% business use should be paid directly by the business. This is another IRS Audit tool, be prepared.
